The Great Fire of London
On Thursday 26 March the local fire service came into school to assist the year 1 children to set their houses on fire; this was to help them see how the fire started and how quickly it spread.
They had a short assembly on fire safety.

Class Trip to Blakesley Hall
We have been learning about the 'The Great Plague and The Great Fire of London'. Some children had the opportunity to dress up and re-enact the life of Samuel Pepys -The Great fire.
